Terms of use

1. The service

XTAND Studio is the administration console, published and operated by XTAND SARL (23 rue Catros, 33000 Bordeaux, France, SIRET 531 320 414 00018), that XTAND provides to its clients to manage the content of their website and prepare its distribution on social networks. It is reserved for XTAND clients and the people they designate.

These terms supplement the contract between XTAND and each client. In case of conflict, the contract prevails.

2. Accounts

• An account is personal. Its username and password are not shared; the person using it is responsible for it.
• Every action taken in the console is recorded under the account that took it, including when XTAND acts for the client.
• If an account's security is in doubt, change its password (Preferences → My account) and notify XTAND.

3. Content and what gets published

• The client is responsible for the content they publish on their website and social networks, including content written with the help of artificial intelligence: nothing is published without explicit approval by a person.
• Content must comply with the law, third-party rights (copyright, image rights) and the rules of each social network.
• The writing assistant can make mistakes: every proposed text must be read before it is approved.

4. Social networks

• Connecting a Page or account requires being its administrator, or having its administrator's consent.
• XTAND Studio publishes on behalf of the selected Page or professional account, never on behalf of an individual, and only approved posts.
• Publishing depends on each network, its rules and its services, which XTAND does not control. When a network is not connected or not available, posts remain ready to copy.
• The connection can be removed at any time, from the console or on the network (see Data deletion).

5. Availability

XTAND makes its best efforts for the console to be available and work correctly, and may interrupt it for maintenance or security. Any service commitments are those of the contract.

6. Ownership

XTAND Studio's software remains XTAND's property; its use is granted for the duration of the contract. The website content belongs to the client, under the terms of their contract.

7. Personal data

8. Suspension

XTAND may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or of the law, or that threatens the security of the service, notifying the client except in an emergency.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Bordeaux have jurisdiction.
