Data received from social networks

When a client connects their Facebook Page, their Instagram professional account, their LinkedIn Page or their Google Business Profile location, they authorize the XTAND Studio application to publish on their behalf. XTAND Studio then receives and stores only:

XTAND Studio does not read messages, comments, followers or the profiles of people who follow the Page. This data is only used to publish the posts the client approved and to report on them. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with another client.

For Google, XTAND Studio requests a single permission: managing the selected business location (business.manage). A post's image is made available to Google through a signed URL, valid for 24 hours. XTAND Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we do not use

The console sets a single cookie: the session cookie, required to stay signed in. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics tools.
